Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Agent to handle calls and chat communications efficiently and professionally. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer queries via calls and chat, resolving issues promptly, providing accurate information about products and services, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. As a representative of Concentrix, you will adhere to company protocols and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in call handling and written communication for chat support
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and customer service orientation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy during customer interactions
- Proficiency in utilizing customer service platforms and related technology tools
- Professionalism, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
