About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement OD and change management initiatives
  • Develop and maintain the performance management framework (KPIs, goals, feedback cycles)
  • Create, review, and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with roles, competencies, and business needs
  • Partner with leaders to align team objectives with business strategy and track results
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
  • Analyze HR & performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Contribute to leadership development and succession planning programs

Requirements:

  • Experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Job Description Design
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with KPIs, metrics, and role structures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
