Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement OD and change management initiatives
- Develop and maintain the performance management framework (KPIs, goals, feedback cycles)
- Create, review, and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with roles, competencies, and business needs
- Partner with leaders to align team objectives with business strategy and track results
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Analyze HR & performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Contribute to leadership development and succession planning programs
Requirements:
- Experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Job Description Design
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with KPIs, metrics, and role structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
