About the Role
We are hiring an Onboarding & Employee Engagement Specialist to own new-hire integration and drive engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure smooth onboarding, track satisfaction, and design programs that strengthen culture and retention. The role directly impacts time-to-productivity, employee experience, and retention outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration process.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights and reports as needed.
- Prepare, implement, and follow up on knowledge transfer plans and first-month onboarding plans.
- Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction metrics and engagement levels.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, employee engagement, or HR operations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement and satisfaction data.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with hi3
