We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation in the UAE, supporting designated business units and partnering closely with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders and line managers to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned to business goalsAct as a trusted advisor on performance management, employee relations, organisational design, and workforce planningLead core HR processes including performance cycles, compensation reviews, promotions, and succession planningAnalyse HR metrics and trends (e.g. attrition, compensation, job levels) to provide insights and proactive recommendationsSupport organisational change initiatives, restructures, and continuous improvement programmesManage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary processesEnsure compliance with UAE labour law and internal policies, partnering with Legal where requiredCollaborate with Learning & Development on training, leadership development, and talent initiativesBuild strong stakeholder relationships to improve engagement, morale, and retentionPeople & Financial ManagementLead and develop assigned team members where applicable, setting objectives and managing performanceContribute to budgeting and financial planning for the assigned HR sectionEnsure effective implementation of HR policies, systems, and processesCandidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldMaster's degree (HR, MBA, Organisational Development) is an advantageProfessional certification (e.g. SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP) preferred but not essentialMinimum 5 years' experience in a progressive HR role (HRBP, HR Manager, HR Generalist)Strong knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, performance management, and organisational developmentSolid understanding of UAE labour law and HR best practiceExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skillsAbility to balance strate
