Preventive Maintenance Technician

Job Objective

We are seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to join an industrial facility.

The role focuses on executing scheduled preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and support smooth operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and operational systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
• Follow preventive maintenance plans, schedules, and inspection checklists.
• Carry out cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and minor repairs.
• Record maintenance activities and observations in maintenance logs or systems.
• Support corrective maintenance activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with operations teams to perform maintenance with minimal disruption.

Equipment Exposure (Preferred)

• Industrial production equipment
• Processing and packaging machines
• Motors, pumps, and electrical panels
• Utility and HVAC systems

Job Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
• 2–5 years of experience in preventive maintenance, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Solid understanding of Preventive / Planned Maintenance concepts.
• Ability to read maintenance schedules and technical manuals.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to work shifts if required.
