Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a restaurant waiter at Al Ayubbi Royal Luxury Boutique Hotel located in Cairo, Egypt. The waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food and beverage orders, serving dishes efficiently, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. Additional tasks include maintaining cleanliness, setting up tables, and addressing guest requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage service and Food Service operations
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• A basic understanding of Cooking or knowledge of food preparation is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, we
