Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Specialist, located in Giza. The Reservation Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing reservations, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include coordinating bookings, communicating with clients and suppliers, and offering solutions regarding travel arrangements. The role also involves ensuring all reservation details are accurate and delivering a seamless experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Reservations and Sales, including proficiency in booking systems and upselling techniques
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to provide Training to team members or new hires as needed
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
