🕒 Shift Details:

•⁠ ⁠Females: Last shift ends at 10 PM

•⁠ ⁠Males: Rotational shifts

•⁠ ⁠5 working days, 2 days off (rotational)

•⁠ ⁠8 working hours + 1-hour break = 9 hours total

💸 Compensation Package – 11.5K Net (No Tax Deductions):

Component Amount (EGP)

Basic Salary 6,500

Transportation Allowance 1,000

Language Allowance 1,000

Performance KPIs Up to 3,000

📈 Growth That Pays Off:

•⁠ ⁠+10% basic after 6 months

•⁠ ⁠+5% basic after 12 months

•⁠ ⁠+15% KPI bonus after 18 months

•⁠ ⁠+10% KPI bonus after 24 months

🚌 We’ve Got Your Commute Covered: Transportation provided to the nearest pickup points

🎓 Training Compensation:

•⁠ ⁠50% paid in month one

•⁠ ⁠Remaining 50% added to month two
