Job Responsibilities:
• Manage receiving, storing, and issuing of spare parts in the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and regular stock counts.
• Organize warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage and easy access to spare parts.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams regarding spare parts availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse-related reports as required.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Specialist, preferably in spare parts.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
