✔️Manage hotel, flight, transportation, and tour bookings.

✔️Prepare and confirm accurate travel itineraries.

✔️Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and local suppliers.

✔️Monitor availability, booking updates, and last-minute changes.

✔️Handle customer inquiries and service modifications.

✔️Resolve operational issues such as delays or cancellations.

✔️Record complaints and follow up on solutions.

✔️Use internal reservation systems and maintain reports.

✔️Support seasonal promotions and travel packages.

📌 Requirements:

✔️ Have an excellent deal with Gulf and foreigners clients.

✔️3–5 years of experience in tourism or travel operations

✔️Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

✔️Strong Excel and numerical skills

✔️Highly organized and able to multitask
