We are looking for a B2B Business Developer who isn't just looking for a job but wants to own the growth engine of a consulting firm. You will be the bridge between our strategic solutions and the businesses that need them most.


🚀 The Role:

You will wear two hats: The Hunter (finding new partners) and The Farmer (nurturing our existing success stories). You won’t just be selling a service; you will be selling a transformation.


💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Hunt: Proactively scout for new B2B leads, startups, and SMEs who are tired of wasting marketing budget and need a strategic foundation.
  • Consultative Selling: Pitch Brand Advisor’s services (Strategy, El Catalog, Consulting) to decision-makers, understanding their pain points rather than just pushing a package.
  • Close Deals: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Client Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for current clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or contract renewals.
  • Network: Represent Brand Advisor at networking events and build a strong database of potential partners.

  • ✅ What We Are Looking For:

    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (Agency, Consulting, or SaaS background is a huge plus).
    • Skillset: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain complex strategic concepts simply.
    • Mindset: A self-starter who is motivated by targets. You understand that "No" is just one step closer to "Yes."
    • Language: Excellent command of Arabic and English (Written & Spoken).
    • Location: Residents of El Sheikh Zayed or October are highly preferred for commute ease.
