Occupation Description
The Total Rewards Senior Executive implements compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees within a real estate company in Egypt. Play a critical part in ensuring that the organization's compensation and benefits practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with its overall business strategy.
Job Scope
- Prepare monthly payroll taking into consideration all actions that impact payroll such as overtime, vacations, resignations, promotions and other payroll effects.
- Ensure that all payroll effectives are captured and reported in timely manner.
- Assist in Managing salary increases, promotions, and profit share distribution.
- Handle all attendance reports (daily, monthly and yearly).
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department, etc. and the regular monthly/yearly reports
- Handle the job offer process.
- Monitors compliance with approved policies, procedures, and processes.
- Performs and oversees accurate, correct, and timely payroll reconciliations and audits, and troubleshoots any issues that arise.
Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested
- 3-5 years of related experience of which a minimum of 2-3 years should be in a similar position/responsibility, previous experience in real estate is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
