Job Description

-Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting).
-Review technical submittals, material approvals, and method statements.
-Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs and cost estimations.
-Coordinate with site engineers and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.
-Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-4–8 years of experience in mechanical technical office works within Construction or Realestste Field.
-Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
-Proven experience in residential and commercial projects.

-Back ground in site is highly needed
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical documentation.
-Strong analytical and coordination skills.
