“We are looking to hire an Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team and support our client remotely.”


Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR and people management processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into HCM system configurations
  • Implement and configure HCM modules, including:
  • Core HR & Employee Master Data
  • Payroll & Compensation
  • Time & Attendance / Workforce Management
  • Talent Management (Recruitment, Performance, Learning)
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with local labor and tax regulations
  • Support data migration, system integration, and security roles setup
  • Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and support go-live activities
  • Prepare HR process documentation, policies, and SOPs
  • Train HR users and provide post-implementation support
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders and business leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement using HR analytics and KPIs
