Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role located in Giza. The Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities, manage team performance, and ensure project deadlines are met. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks among team members, monitoring adherence to company standards, conducting progress evaluations, resolving operational challenges, and collaborating with different departments to achieve organizational goals. The Supervisor will provide guidance and feedback, promote a productive work environment, and ensure quality outcomes in line with company objectives.
