Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Showroom Sales Specialist.

Showroom is located in Madinty,New cairo

The specialist will engage with customers, provide guidance on product selections, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers through virtual or in-person interactions, addressing inquiries, demonstrating knowledge of showroom products, and achieving sales goals. Additionally, the role involves offering design expertise and facilitating the purchase process to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with showroom operations and an understanding of display and layout principles
• Strong communication and customer service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
• Proven ability in sales and achieving targets, with a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge or interest in interior design to provide style guidance and product recommendations
• Proficiency in digital tools for remote communication and ecommerce platforms
• High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in retail, design, or home goods industries is a plus
