Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Travel Agent specializing in sales of packages and customizing travel programs. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing reservations, creating tailored travel packages, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes managing car rental and travel arrangement services while promoting sales to meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Car Rental services
• Sales aptitude with a focus on achieving targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant travel booking tools and software>
