Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager role located in Qesm El Maadi for Mercedes-Benz. The Service Manager will oversee daily service department operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality in service delivery. Responsibilities include managing service staff, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, supporting diagnostics and troubleshooting, and adhering to manufacturer and dealership quality standards. Additionally, the role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing workflows, and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and customer experiences.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising service teams
Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, vehicle repair, and maintenance processes
Knowledge of quality assurance techniques and process optimization in service delivery
Customer service and communication skills to address client needs and concerns effectively
Organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
Proficiency in using service management software and familiarity with Mercedes-Benz systems are advantages
Prior service management experience within automotive or luxury vehicle brands is preferred
