Responsibilities

Prepare tender documentation & specification. 

Prepare project specifications and bill of quantity with project drawings. 

Check tender documents completeness and classify tender documents as per department’s scope. 

Prepare list of major quantities. 

Prepare RFQs to suppliers and sub-contractors. 

Prepare tender queries to client or client rep

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree of Architectural Engineering. 

4 - 7 years of experience in the Construction field. 

 Market knowledge in sourcing of materials and services. 

 Solid knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must.للتقديم الان
