Job Description

• Lead the preparation, review, and approval of mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
• Oversee material submittals, technical datasheets, and compliance with approved specifications.
• Act as the main technical reference for mechanical systems across projects.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines (civil, electrical).
• Resolve technical conflicts, clashes, and design inconsistencies before execution.
• Issue and manage RFIs, technical clarifications, and consultant responses.
• Review mechanical BOQs, specifications, and drawings for discrepancies.
• Support variation orders, claims, and cost-impact technical evaluations.
• Assist planning teams by providing accurate quantities and execution methodologies.
• Ensure all mechanical designs and submissions comply with:
• Support QA/QC teams during inspections and approvals.
• Review as-built drawings and final handover documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in mechanical technical office roles.
• Strong experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, shop drawing coordination, and submittal processes.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
