🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements

* Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and mobile applications

* Design workflows, dashboards, user roles, and automated processes

* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance

* Support Odoo upgrades, migrations, and new version deployments

* Work closely with HR, Admin, Training Quality and other teams

🛠️ Skills Required:

* Strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP development

* Proficiency in Python, Odoo Framework, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL

* Experience in custom Odoo module development and ERP workflows

* Knowledge of API integrations

* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
