Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Enable Change Adoption– Develop and execute change management plans for technology, digital, and process initiatives– Support communication, engagement, and readiness activities to prepare teams for upcoming changesDrive Alignment Across Stakeholders– Collaborate with business units, CoEs, and field teams to align objectives, expectations, and timelines– Facilitate feedback loops and help resolve adoption barriersSupport Capability Building– Deliver training, materials, and tools that enable new behaviors, systems, and processes– Coach leaders and change agents to reinforce adoption and sustain improvementsMonitor and Improve Change Outcomes– Track adoption, readiness, and impact metrics to identify gaps and ensure desired outcomes are realized– Provide insights and recommendations to improve ongoing and future change effortsCore Competencies– Change management & stakeholder engagement– Communication and facilitation– Training & capability building– Problem-solving and continuous improvement– Cross-functional collaborationQualifications– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field– 3–6 years’ experience in change management or transformation support– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
