Fintech Operations & Marketing Manager
Objective: A dual-impact role focused on ensuring operational excellence while driving brand awareness and user growth in the Qatari market.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily fintech operations, including transaction monitoring, KYC/AML workflows, and troubleshooting platform issues.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute localized marketing campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat) tailored to Qatar’s demographics.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze operational KPIs and marketing ROI to optimize the customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Brand Positioning: Ensure Business Umbrella is seen as a thought leader in Qatar’s fintech space through webinars, local events, and PR.
- Compliance Coordination: Work with the legal team to ensure all marketing communications and operational processes align with Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulations.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in a hybrid Operations/Marketing role, ideally within a startup or financial services environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools and Data Analytics (Google Analytics, SQL is a plus).
