Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Masqaṭ, Oman, for a G+D currency technology. (with ProNote and C family proven hands on experience for min of 5 years)
Customer Service Engineer. The Customer Service Engineer will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as providing field service, troubleshooting technical issues, offering customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient problem resolution. This individual will engage directly with clients to maintain service excellence and ensure high-quality technical support is provided.

Qualifications

  • Min 5 years of G+D currency technology machines
  • Strong expertise in Customer Service domains, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
  • Proficiency in technical problem-solving tasks such as Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Experience with on-site Field Service operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic scenarios
  • Experience in the financial or enterprise sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred
