e are seeking an experienced Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus Developer to join our team and work on strategic integration projects for a major client. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical infrastructure systems that directly impact the Kingdom's security and sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle middleware technologies and a proven track record of delivering robust integration architectures in large-scale operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12c and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) for our water utility client's enterprise systems
• Create and maintain BPEL processes, mediators, business rules, and human workflows
• Develop RESTful and SOAP web services for application integration across operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) systems
• Implement service orchestration and choreography patterns for utility management systems
• Configure adapters (Database, File, JMS, AQ) for various integration scenarios including SCADA, GIS, ERP, and asset management systems
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to SOA infrastructure with minimal downtime
• Create technical documentation including design specifications and deployment guides
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather integration requirements
• Optimize performance of integration flows and conduct tuning activities
• Ensure compliance with client security standards and data governance policies
