Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Telesales Team Leader. The Telesales Team Leader will manage and motivate a team of telesales representatives, monitor individual and team performance, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include coordinating sales efforts, providing coaching and training, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing sales reports and collaborating with other departments to optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Demonstrated expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership
- Proven Sales skills and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Ability to analyze performance data and develop improvement strategies
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
