The key purpose of this role is to lead, design and manage the API's & Integration services. This includes the application development as well as support services for these in-house developed applications. the key outcomes include:

Setup the governance, tools and procedures needed to run a reliable and secure software development capability within the bank’s technology function. own the middle-ware layer and drive more in-house capability in the API space.

Play the role of the organization technical advisor for optimum technology selection and the right technology implementation approach to achieve the business goals with the lowest possible cost, minimum risks and long term investment protection.

Owns technical delivery for the projects related to the middle-ware layer as well as defining the strategic product roadmap for these systems and services to ensure they remain relevant and running on supported platforms. Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed Time, Cost and Quality metrics.

Operate the systems in scope with highest availability, performance 24/7 while achieving all targeted goals. Ensure application availability, patching, performance, 2nd level support (24x7) and daily related operations also directs daily operations of the support teams, manages key metrics, service deliveryللتقديم الان
