Job Description

Prepare the Manufacturing OPEX budget, including direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
Monitor and analyze plants’ KPIs related to cost and efficiency on a monthly and annual basis.
Lead and control the MRP process in each plant and consolidate MRP plans at the group level.
Lead new product development processes in coordination with Sales and Mould Engineering departments.
Oversee all production planning and production management activities within the organization.
Develop production plans, budgets, and timelines according to production specifications.
Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
Plan and optimize workflow and production schedules across production departments.
Support production risk assessment and define mitigation plans.
Evaluate current production processes and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify required equipment, materials, and manpower to meet production targets.

Minimum 20 years of experience in Production Planning, MRP, and Manufacturing Operations.
Proven experience in budget preparation, cost control, and KPI analysis.
Strong knowledge of MRP / ERP systems.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and multi-site teams.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience in multi-plant or group manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
