Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial development plans in line with the company’s objectives.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with consultants, consultancy firms, and contracting companies.
- Provide technical and commercial support to clients regarding waterproofing and thermal insulation products.
- Analyze the market and competitors to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical support teams to ensure optimal sales results.
- Participate in technical and commercial proposals and tenders.
- Represent the company in technical meetings, specialized events, and exhibitions.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (mandatory).
- Previous experience in Technical Office or Business development within the construction, Building Materials or insulation sector.
- Excellent ability to communicate and work effectively with consultants and clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with solid technical and commercial presentation abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to make decisions and work under pressure.
