Job Description
- Contribute to the preparation of the Operations Management Department budget by submitting proposals and expenditure perceptions to the direct manager in order to serve the achievement of the department’s objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Operations Department to ensure operations are carried out as planned and adherence to set policies, processes and procedures
- Supervising meetings with department heads to support business process specialists to ensure the implementation of the primary objective.
- Develop company documents on a large scale in addition to policies and operations models, taking into account the applicable quality standards and the best operational activities.
- Develop service level agreement and performance indicators for each process based on the best operational activities and quality standards
- Emphasize the logic of Service Level Agreements and KPIs
- Suggesting the improvement of the quality management system for continuous consistency with business needs
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of documents executed by the Business Development specialist and their implementation within the established work plan.
- Managing efforts to identify, review and improve upcoming operations.
- Implement improvement initiatives based on business analysis after recording the current status and procedures of operations.
- Analyzing the results of the internal and external audit and the performance measurement process to identify areas for improvement.
- Confirmation of the implementation of the annual plan to manage business operations in accordance with the plan
- Monitor and evaluate progress in the change process
- Lead the development team to ensure continuous improvement of service standards
- Overseeing project implementation to ensure project cycle completion and meeting agreed project constants (budget costs, timeframe, scope and quality), standards and objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, prior experience in business operations management is preferred. Business analysis and project management courses.
- Experience: 5-10 years in the same field
