s a key team member, you will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with channel partners such as resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances. Your main goal is to expand our market reach, drive revenue through partner networks, and support the successful delivery of our software solutions across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Partner Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with resellers and vendors, ensuring our e-signature product remains a preferred choice.
- Form Strategic Alliances: Collaborate with government entities, industry associations, and professional networks to access new customer segments, such as legal and public sector markets.
- Account Alignment: Work closely with partners to identify opportunities and align sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Coordination: Serve as the link between internal sales teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and joint success.
- Training & Enablement: Equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively promote and implement our solutions.
- Performance Oversight: Set KPIs for partners and track performance, offering regular feedback to drive results.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and discover new partnership opportunities.
- Contract Oversight: Lead negotiations and ensure all partnership agreements remain compliant.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategic insights to leadership.
- Events Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Skills
• At least 3 years of experience in channel sales or partnership management within the enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or tech industries.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
