Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Room Attendant located in Giza. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, handling laundry tasks, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene. Interaction with guests to address any specific needs or requests will also be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping and maintaining clean rooms
• Proficiency in laundry and related tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standards for cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
