Role Summary

The Client Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing and growing BUYVEST’s relationships with curators, clients, and partners while driving commercial performance. This includes maintaining ongoing communication, expanding the curator network, building active sales pipelines, and developing structured sales strategies for the local, regional, and international markets. This is a fully on-site role requiring a proactive, results-driven individual with strong people skills and experience in digital or online marketplace environments.


Key Responsibilities

Curator Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong communication with all BUYVEST curators.
  • Weekly visits to curators and key market contacts to monitor market trends, follow up on listings, and strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure curator engagement, support their inventory needs, and follow up on asset updates.
  • Assist with documentation, listing requirements, and asset information.
  • Address curator concerns promptly and professionally.


Sales & Commercial Growth

  • Develop and execute sales plans for Kuwait, GCC, and international markets.
  • Identify and convert new business leads, including collectors, private buyers, and sellers.
  • Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline with regular reporting.
  • Contribute to GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth through active outreach and market-driven strategies.
  • Conduct weekly local market visits to monitor pricing trends, inventory shifts, and competitor activity.


Industry Networking & Partnerships

  • Build relationships across the luxury ecosystem, including dealers, stylists, collectors, handbag resellers, and boutiques.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and contribute to expanding the curator network.
  • Maintain ongoing presence in key local market areas, industry hot spots, and luxury hubs.


Operational Coordination

  • Provide weekly reports on curator activity, leads, market updates, and progress.
  • Coordinate with operations and verification teams for asset flow, documentation, and listing.
  • Work closely with marketing to support campaigns, asset promotions, and curated content.
  • Maintain clean, updated CRM records at all times.


Platform Knowledge & Digital Experience

  • Work efficiently with digital marketplace workflows.
  • Understand BUYVEST’s online listing process, pricing structure, and client engagement flow.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for improvement opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, partnerships, client relations, or business development.
  • Experience with online platforms, marketplaces, or digital sales environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of luxury watches, handbags, or accessories (or willingness to learn quickly).
