Job Summary
The HR Intern will support both HR systems administration and HR data analytics activities. This role is ideal for a technically oriented individual who can contribute to HR digital transformation by using automation, reporting, and analytical skills. The intern will work across Google Workspace and Microsoft Office environments to support system updates, data validation, reporting, and continuous process improvements within the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRIS.
Support system configuration tasks, workflows, and user permissions.
Assist in creating and maintaining HR dashboards and reports.
Develop automation tools using JavaScript, VBA, or Google Workspace solutions to improve HR processes.
Clean, analyze, and visualize HR data for reporting and decision-making.
Troubleshoot HR system issues and coordinate with IT or system vendors when needed.
Prepare documentation for HR processes, data workflows, and reporting standards.
Support audits by providing accurate and timely data extracts.
Participate in HR digital transformation initiatives and process optimization projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business or a related field.
Technical Skills:
JavaScript – Basic level
Looker Studio – Basic level
Microsoft Office – Intermediate level
Google Workspace – Intermediate level
Any additional programming languages or data visualization tools will add value
