Consolidate and lead financial reporting for the company’s portfolio, providing accurate insights to support strategic decision-making. Identify financial risks, revenue leakages, and variances; recommend corrective actions and preventative controls. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and financial governance frameworks. Enhance and maintain ERP systems and the Chart of Accounts to improve financial visibility and reporting efficiency. Drive portfolio-level financial assessments, profitability analysis, and return-on-investment evaluations. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA, ACCA) are highly preferred. 6.5 to 9 years of progressive experience in Financial Controlling, Portfolio/Business Controlling, or related financial roles. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance management at a corporate or multi-BU level. Strong capability in portfolio financial analysis, profitability assessment, and ROI evaluation for business units or strategic projects. Solid knowledge of financial governance, risk management frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory compliance. Advanced skills in financial modeling, variance analysis, and data-driven decision-making using Excel, BI tools, or financial dashboards. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and support strategic decisions. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate financial insights within deadlines.
