Job Description
- This position primarily involves the safety management, supervision, and inspection of the company's ongoing projects (especially interior decoration projects), ensuring that all interior construction activities strictly comply with national, local, and company safety laws, regulations, and standards.
- **Safety System Implementation and Supervision:** Implement national, local, and company-internal safety production laws, regulations, standards, and rules, and supervise the implementation by interior construction teams.
- **Safety Inspection and Hazard Identification:** Conduct regular or irregular comprehensive safety inspections of interior construction sites, especially focusing on key safety areas and aspects such as edge protection, opening covers, high-altitude operations, scaffolding erection, temporary electrical wiring, and fire protection facilities.
- Monitor and coordinate key areas for potential cross-operation safety risks during interior construction.
- Promptly identify and record safety hazards, issue rectification notices, and follow up until hazards are resolved.
- **Safety Technical Briefing:** Participate in the preparation of specialized construction plans for interior decoration projects (such as high-altitude operations and hot work), and organize detailed safety technical briefings for construction teams to ensure workers understand and master safe operating procedures.

Emergency Management: Organize or participate in emergency drills at the interior decoration construction site; responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of first aid supplies and fire-fighting equipment.
- Safety Education and Training: Organize three-level safety education for newly arrived workers; conduct regular safety production training to improve the safety awareness and skills of all construction personnel.
- Accident Investigation and Handling: Participate in and assist in the investigation and handling of various safety accidents or near misses occurring during interior decoration construction; analyze the causes and propose preventive measures.
- Document Management: Responsible for collecting, organizing, and archiving safety documents, inspection records, rectification reports, training records, and other materials related to interior decoration construction.
- Other Tasks: Assist the project manager in completing other daily tasks related to safety management.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge and Skills
- Laws and Regulations: Familiar with national and local laws, regulations, standards, norms, and operating procedures concerning safety in building construction and interior decoration projects.
- Risk Identification: Familiar with the technological processes and characteristics of interior decoration construction, and able to accurately identify and assess safety risks unique to interior decoration construction, such as high-altitude operations, temporary power supply, fire safety, and cross-operations.
- Communication and Coordination: Possesses excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills, and can effectively communicate and collaborate with project management teams, construction teams, and supervision units.
- Emergency Response: Possesses emergency response capabilities for sudden events and accidents.
- Office Software: Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel, and able to create professional safety reports and documents.
