About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Specialist to drive user and revenue growth for our B2C health-tech products and services. Between Melior, iCheck, Acc-Ready and more, you will be navigating the wide spectrum of HealthTech. You will be targeting different target audiences and planning different funnels. You’ll own growth across the full user lifecycle ranging between acquisition and activation to retention and monetization.

This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and analytics, and is ideal for someone who loves testing ideas, digging into funnels, and turning insights into action.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize the user growth funnel (acquisition → activation → retention → monetization)
  • Plan and execute growth experiments across channels and product touchpoints
  • Analyze user behavior and cohorts to identify growth opportunities
  • Improve onboarding flows and first-time user experience
  • Optimize conversion rates, retention, and lifetime value
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Track and report key growth KPIs and experiment results
  • Continuously test messaging, creatives, pricing, and engagement loops




What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, product growth, or analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
  • Experience running A/B tests and experiments
  • Solid understanding of B2C user funnels with specific focus on healthcare
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly



Nice to Have

  • SQL or advanced analytics skills
  • Mobile app growth experience
  • Startup or fast-growth environment experience
