Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.
- Conduct regular bench marking and market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits offerings.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to design and review compensation policies and incentive schemes.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare detailed reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead annual salary review processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and benefits providers to optimize service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of compensation and benefits programs.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
