Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate contracts and rates with hotels, DMCs, and other suppliers

Manage and maintain strong supplier relationships

Handle hotel contracting, allotments, stop sales, and special offers

Maintain accurate inventory, rates, and contract terms

Monitor market competitiveness and support sales with updated rates

Ensure contracts align with company strategy and profitability

Requirements:

Proven experience in hotel contracting or a similar role within the tourism/travel industry

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Good knowledge of hotel markets and supplier management

Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
