Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Cairo, involves ensuring outstanding hospitality experiences for clients of Mustang Limousine. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting clients, delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating hospitality services such as food & beverage offerings, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service throughout client interactions. The Hospitality Specialist will play a key role in creating memorable and personalized experiences for each client.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
• Experience in Hospitality and Hospitality Service to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality service
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and an ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry is an advantage
