Job Description

 

• Responsible for all cost control aspects of construction projects.
• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously in an organized and efficient manner.
• Coordinate closely with planning, estimation, production, and project teams.
• Review and analyze all project contract and tender documents, including BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure project pricing is accurate, updated, and aligned with approved budgets.
• Work with project and purchasing teams to control and optimize project costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the most competitive offers.
• Initiate and participate in project meetings and cost review sessions.
• Support the Cost Control Manager and assist with technical tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control within construction or real estate projects.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial tracking.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
