Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Egypt for a Warehouse Specialist. In this position, you will manage and organize various warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving of goods, packing and preparing materials for distribution, inventory control, and unloading deliveries. Your responsibilities will also include operating equipment such as a pallet jack to ensure seamless daily operations within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies.
  • Maintain proper organization of inventory to ensure easy access and efficient use.
  • Keep accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports to support budgeting, planning, and material control.
  • Inspect incoming materials to verify quality and quantity in accordance with project specifications.
  • Ensure safe and secure storage of materials in compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure material availability and resolve any material-related issues promptly.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; certification or training in inventory, logistics, or construction management is an advantage.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in construction or EPC projects.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory systems, stock control procedures, and basic reporting tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inventory items efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Physical Ability: Able to handle and move materials as required in a site environment.
