Front Office Executive — Silicon Valley International School

Location: New Administrative Capital, Egypt

We are hiring a Senior Admission Officer to own the family journey from first inquiry to confirmed enrollment.

Who are we?

Silicon Valley International School (SVIS) is an agile, tech-savvy startup that is redefining international education in the New Administrative Capital, upholding global standards and leveraging Cairo’s momentum.

What you will do

Convert leads by handling calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, campus tours, and follow-ups.

Manage applications: documents, assessments, interview scheduling, offers, and deadlines.

Coordinate placements with academics and payment timelines with the finance department.

Maintain a clean CRM pipeline and report weekly on inquiries, conversions, and enrollments.

Represent SVIS at events and deliver a premium parent experience on campus.

What you bring

Fluent English; confident, warm communicator and presenter.

2–3 years of admissions experience in the education sector (must).

Presentable, target-driven, and detail-accurate with documentation.

Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and professional email/phone etiquette.

Startup mindset: proactive, organized, and quick to resolve issues.

The ability to start immediately is a must.
