• Ensure employee eligibility and entitlements are accurately verified before ticket issuance.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s travel policy, budget limits, and internal controls.
• Ensure bookings align with company policies and employee preferences where possible.
2. Employee Communication & Support
• Act as a vocal point to provide guidance on travel policy and ticketing procedures.
• Provide Support for urgent cases in coordination with the travel agency partners.
• Handle exceptions while applying the company policies, especially during the transition and stabilization periods.
3. Vendor Management
• Maintain strong working relationships with travel agency partners.
• Apply Quality checks to ensure compliance of the agency with the best prices according to agreed terms.
• Monitor and report on the service performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms and service levels.
4. Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain an accurate database of employee travel records, ticket costs, and travel dates.
• Reconcile ticket invoices against bookings and ensure proper cost allocation with Finance.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports on ticket expenses, savings, and travel trends.
• Maintain proper documentation for all bookings and approvals for audit readiness.
5. Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline the ticket issuance workflow.
