Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s B2B business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B sales agents, setting clear targets and performance KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze pipelines, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and improve customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and CRM usage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior business development or B2B sales leadership role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and scaling sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
