Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s B2B business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B sales agents, setting clear targets and performance KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze pipelines, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior business development or B2B sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and scaling sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
