Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Tourism Specialist. The responsibilities include designing personalized travel itineraries, advising and assisting clients with their travel plans, ensuring premium customer service, and building strong client relationships. Additional tasks involve promoting Mezwalah’s travel services, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to marketing initiatives to expand our reach.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively and address their needs.
• Knowledge and experience in Travel & Tourism, with an understanding of destination planning and travel management best practices.
• Competence in Sales and Marketing to promote services and contribute to business development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian and Middle Eastern travel markets, language proficiency, and a passion for travel are advantageous.
