Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Tourism Operation Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of educational travel programs, ensuring seamless coordination with schools and service providers. Your responsibilities will include managing trip logistics, overseeing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible for engaging with clients, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining the high-quality standards of Go To Know’s services.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing travel logistics
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to liaise with clients, staff, and external service providers
• Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills to ensure excellent service and handle challenges effectively
• Knowledge of the tourism and education sectors; prior experience in educational or group travel is an advantage
• Leadership and team management skills to guide and oversee staff during operations
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for travel management
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, on-site role that may involve travel
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
