ROLE SUMMARY

The role will be responsible for creating the right experience for new joiners during their onboarding journey and ensuring a seamless transition for all new joiners while setting the right example for newcomers and serve as catalyst MAF Culture.

ROLE PROFILE

• Take full ownership of the onboarding standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle culture
• Responsible for the accuracy of all employee information and complete documentation throughout the employee life cycle
• Contribute to MAF Lifestyle brand build through cordial and efficient services provided to external candidates during onboarding process
• Create a constant line of feedback to understand how the journey of onboarded candidates is
• Responsible for the accuracy of all employee information and complete documentation through the employee Onboarding.
• Develop relations with GS and GRD team to ensure smooth administration of all Human Capital activities.
• Conduct exit interviews for frontline staff and provide feedback in case of concerns raised during the interview
• Track and keep control on visa applications & renewals to avoid additional costs and penalties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate degree in Business administration
• 0-1 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Retail experience is a plus
• Excellent to Fluent English is required
